My experiences here have been good. One thing that people should realize is that Allure Dental specializes in COSMETIC Dentistry. Cosmetic procedures are usually NOT covered by insurance, and in cases where the procedure has a medical benefit, it may be partially covered. Came here once for a cleaning and exam. The staff was really nice, right up until the point that I asked for a copy of my x-rays. Why did I need a copy of my x-rays? Because I've never had a cavity in my life, and after their exam, they politely informed me that I needed fillings. In every molar. That's 16 fillings. I called my family dentist back home and asked what the deal is. He told me "run away screaming, they're just trying to get your money". So I asked for a copy of my x-rays. I was very uncomfortable with my experience here. Initial impressions were great - it is a very high tech environment, the staff were lovely and very professional and the dentist very gentle. However, their recommendations seemed excessive, they were expensive and there were also un-insured costs that were not discussed with me. This is the best dental office! The staff is very attentive and cordial. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The dentists and staff actually make going to the dentist pleasant. I would definitely recommend this dental office! Oh, yeah...the vibrating chair is wonderful!
My teeth have never looked better. Excellent dentist. The staff is really nice. They always call before and after my visit. The dentists have the highest qualifications. They use the latest technology. Dr. Lee is really kind and gentle. I've had a number of procedures here and they've all gone superbly.
