My experience at this dentist is really good! The dentists know what they're doing and inform their patients about their procedure and results. I pretty much gone to this dentistry my entire life and nothing has gone wrong. Also they send reminders to you for your appointments which is really helpful to me.
The first time I came to Dr. Lee and Dr. Trinh's office was in 2012 for implant consultation. Both doctors are very knowledgeable and thorough in their explanations about dental implants. They are truly the experts in this area. I love these doctors. They are both very friendly. They will take the time to greet you even if they are busy. They are the best dentist I've ever had. Every time I have a procedure, Dr. Trinh explains every steps making me less worried about it. The staffs are very friendly, caring and concern. The... read more
I love our dentist, which is crazy because before I found Allure Dental Center, I used to HATE going to the dentist's office. Dr. Lee does some of the best work, makes sure you're as comfortable as you possibly can be, and even goes the distance for her patience. When my daughter got her braces put on, Dr. Lee let her watch a movie while getting it done (there's a monitor that comes down from the ceiling and sits right above the chair so that my kid can actually watch the movie while the dentist works). On top of that, they ... read more
Allure Dental was close by my residence and I was new to the area so I decided to give them a shot. Upon going on my first visit, I was given a tour of the office with special attention focused on the posters hanging of "actual clients" that had their work done in this office. I was there for an exam and a cleaning, period. I was then made to have a full set of x-rays, after protesting vigorously as I had just had a full set of x-rays three months earlier including a 360 degree picture of my teeth. I wanted my teeth cleaned,... read more

Hello! We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review and would love to discuss this with your partner directly. At our office, our doctors do their work ethically such that when a patient comes in with an issue, we always try to salvage the tooth first and discuss options with the patient before proceeding with the work. We are unable to discuss this particular case with you directly due to HIPPA regulations, but if your partner would like to discuss this further, please send us an email (tai@alluredentalcenter.com) ... read more
I had the same experience as Shane D. They wanted to bleed me dry. Out of pocket EVERY time I went there and they wanted me to sign up for a lengthy schedule of procedures. All I want is a cleaning for crying out loud. Shane, if you are reading this, please give me the name of the dentist you found... ...I'm still looking.
I'm 30 years old and I have had cavity in my life, so I really didn't have a good enough reason to drag myself to the dentist until my wisdom tooth started giving me pain. I went to Allure Dental Center because I heard great reviews from my co workers and from numerous dental magazines. The receptionist was very nice and polite. I was greeted by Dr. Suzanna Lee and welcomed me to her office, where she explained why I was having pain and talked me through the process of how she was going to remove it. After an X-ray she detec... read more
The staff is so nice, and they work with me and my needs. I have read many of the reviews and have to disagree, I hadn't been to a dentist in years, and yes, i have had to have a lot of dental work done, because I was in a ton of pain, and I have a ton of pain after each appointment because of something completely unrelated to my dentist appointments themselves, but they are fully aware and take very good care of me. Both doctors are amazing and professional. My kids are getting to the age of needing dental care, and I will ... read more
As a software engineer I have a good dental insurance coverage. My only allure to this place was it was close to work. But I guess I failed to do my due diligence. In first visit they identified several cavities and the doc took me to a room (not unlike a car salesman) and started selling me a financial plan for a year to conveniently pay for thousands that I would need to spend out of pocket. When a doc herself does that, it is usually suspicious. But I continued on and had similar experience to many who have posted here. S... read more
If you do not know what trauma at the dentist means, let me try to describe it to you. Imagine hearing the drill and feeling it shoot through the nerves in your teeth and convulsing uncontrollably. I can only liken it to someone pressing down on a pinched nerve that leaves a throbbing shooting pain that brings you down to your knees for mercy. Actually, I've had a pinch nerve (I think) and this was way worse than that. Now, after physically having that reaction, imagine your dentist continue on because he thinks you are exag... read more
