I was diagnosed with COVID-19 a few weeks ago. I am also pregnant and was diagnosed right before the start of the third trimester. I was nervous. My husband had it at the same time as me so I was trying to take care of us both and keep the baby healthy. The staff at AlphaCare was so kind and informative, from the minute I walked in. The experience was nice.The office staff was very helpful. Taking the test was easy and explained to us was helpful, I liked that we could set up an appointment on line.We didn’t have a long wait.
Everything was great. Well organized. Only had to wait about 10 mins
They were genuinely concerned about our health. Even though they were very busy, they still treated my wife and son as important patients. We will be going back when needed.
