The staff and doctor were wonderful. I did book an appointment online but still had to wait 2 hours to be seen. Next time I won’t book an appointment maybe I’ll get in faster

Went for labwork. Staff was courteous and efficient. After initial paperwork I was quickly taken back to have blood drawn (and painlessly).
I had a need to visit AlphaCare Urgent Care on 17 April 20. The Receptionist greeted me very courteously. The waiting area was super clean and well sanitized. I felt very comfortable knowing they were taking every precaution to protect me the patient, and the staff there at that facility from the Covid 19 pandemic .
