high quality service, friendly staff Very professional and friendly staff. High quality service. The only negative comment I have is that I was under the impression that the consultation was at no charge and I was surprised at the end of the appointment that there was a charge. This was my misunderstanding. Other than that, I was impressed with Altura Periodontics.
Extremely Positive and Professional Service I went in to have my consultation with Anne and it was a very pleasant conversation. Almost ENJOYABLE Love the paraffin hand treatment! The music was great and as always Patti was awesome. I told her, it sounded weird to to say about a dentist appointment but, it was almost enjoyable!
First visit The staff was helpful, patient, professional, and non-judgmental for a visit that I expected to be difficult for me to deal with. I appreciated the straightforward discussion of my condition and the options available to me. I am not thrilled with my condition but the plan they offered me gives me something to look forward to on my road to a better smile.
Excellent periodontic Awesome! The best office ever, I started with their services back in 1997. They performed extreme bone implant surgery (out patient - receding gum disease) and I have been returning ever since for checkups. Every visit has been good.
Professional & Friendly They were very friendly, professional, and informative, however since their bread & butter is selling implant/implant services, it seems no surprise that is the treatment they recommended for me. I wonder if they ever don't recommend that as the treatment :-)
As it says high quality service. It was very good and efficient - cleaning , measurements, flossing, and polishing. After cleaning Dr Reisner came in to follow up and discuss condition of teeth, mouth, etc.
