Except for the appointment starting 20 min. late all was very professional and well done.
Pleasant, Progressive, Professional I have severe anxiety about dental procedures, and I let a serious condition go untreated for several years. As I walked into the office, I was impressed with the light, airy, open feeling of the waiting area and the immediate friendliness of the staff. The treatment room was large, uncluttered, and had a window, and I didn't feel any "closed in" feeling like I have in previous offices. 1st Contact I was referred to Altura Periodontics by my primary dentist. I filled out my paperwork on line which was helpful to facilitate getting me in to see the perio doc faster. Everyone was very helpful.

Professional, Friendly and Helpful My visit was to obtain information about implants and decide if I would do the procedure. Everyone was very friendly. I was asked the type of questions I expected and provided a general understanding of the process. All of my questions we answered and more. Initial diagnostics were completed and I will be going through with the process.
Very impressed I had a routine teeth cleaning this afternoon, and want to express my appreciation for such high quality work, and such a pleasant and educational conversation with my hygienist.
