Professional, Efficient, Light Hearted I had both a tooth extracted and an implant put in place, and it all took just about an hour, and Dr. Pomerance and his whole staff were very professional, reassuring, lighthearted and wonderful.
The BEST dental experience I have ever had Dr. Marcuschamer was very friendly and caring. I was in a lot of pain when I went in for a consultation and he made sure I left with no pain. He didn't have to take the time to treat me that day as the office was closing but he took the time and made sure that I was fine before leaving the office. Professional and friendly experience I recently had a gum graft procedure with Dr. Neugeboren, at Altura Periodontics, and it was a great experience. Carmen, who assisted for the duration of the procedure and leading up to the procedure was fabulous as well. In addition, she was extremely knowledgeable and detailed in giving me post-care instructions. Very successful appointment
Front office people professional and friendly. The appointment time was scheduled at 9:00 and I was greeted and taken to the doctor's office at 9:00! It seems like everyone goes out of their way to make me feel comfortable.
Professional, full explanations, concern for patient's care Dr. Arguello was very thorough in explaining options available, quality of care, etc. Raleigh was very thorough in explaining the costs involved, etc. I am comfortable that I am going to have the best possible outcome.
Friendly and helpful staff We had a great experience for my sons oral surgery. the front desk staff was hospitable and helpful and Dr. Pomeranz came out to field questions post surgery as well as a follow up call later that evening. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and care we received.
