Excellent experience I was very pleased with my 1st appointment. Everyone is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Very nice atmosphere in the office.
Very Helpful if you Have Phobias! I was traumatized as a child by an orthodontist that hurt me every visit. So every time I visit the dentist as an adult I have trouble to the point of hyperventilation. This practice and these dentists have been the best!!! they not only made me feel at ease but helped me through my phobias without shame. They were professional and very good at their jobs as well. I can now visit the dentist again! thank you

Best Appointment Ever! As someone with irrationally high anxiety and fear of dental work, I found my time at Altura to be very reassuring. Dr. Reissner and his assistant were very caring and spend an inordinate amount of time listening to my concerns. Dr. Reissner used the utmost care and offered me options that will allowed me to complete the needed work. The office staff was very professional. Painless Dr. Reissner knew my daughter was concerned about pain and anxiety before the procedure. He made special accommodations for her to ensure that she had a pain free positive experience. He was also very accommodating to our schedule so that she wouldn't have to miss school.
I am impressed with the service, care and customer service. My dental insurance changed and it was convenient to go under the PPO doctors. I was afraid of making the change since I had had one awesome doctor treating me for years. I decided to try the PPO dentist and I am really glad I did. They know what they do, they treat you and your teeth with care as well. I am happy that I have to pay less from my money pocket as well!!! ;)
