Great Staff Even though they were filming for an ad & we had to move 3 times, it was quite comical & everyone was very accommodating. Dr. Pomeranze was well worth waiting for. Ed the PA, was a star! Very on top of it. Thank You all & see you soon.
Always Professional I have been a patient at this practice for 5 years. Everything from the front desk welcome, communication with one's general dentist, the quality of the hygiene and dental care, and handling of financials is top notch. I can recommend Altura without hesitation.
Great Experience and Personal Attention After an extraction of an infected molar which included a bone graft everything was going great for the first four days. Then a recurrence of swelling and soreness.... I delayed a couple of days but then thought it wise to at least call to find out if I needed to worry about anything in particular. Prompt and pleasant The tech was knowledgeable, very nice, and quite helpful. I just went in to have stitches removed. He not only removed them painlessly (always a plus!), but he also made sure that a wound that I received the week before was lubricated so it did not pop open again, and made my next appointment. He just went above and beyond yanking out the stitches.

Excellent Office! Today I went to Altura for the first time and I was very impressed. From the front desk to the surgery techs to the periodontist everyone was very friendly and I feel I'm going to be in very good hands!
