Pleasant experience all the way... I was so nervous to need a consultation for gum loss. I was whiny because my general dentist referred me to an office so far from hers...it was well worth the trip. Once Dr. Neugeboren's nurse brought me back I was immediately at ease. The professionalism and feeling that they really cared about me and my health meant a lot. I love the explanations in anticipation of my procedure. I feel like I know totally what to expect.

Friendly, courteous and professional Upon entering Altura Periodontics, I was greeted promptly by a friendly, courteous and professional staff. The waiting area is clean, bright, modern yet very relaxing. My waiting time to see Dr. Pomeranz was minimal (less then 10 minutes). I was escorted to an exam room that again was clean and bright. Teeth I had to have my teeth measured and the pain was ugh, although I rate a dentist with pap smears, they are the best in town, I don't know what they charge but I do know the doctor was really knowledgeable and he knew what was going on. Would I recommend this office visit and dentist, yes, as long as they are truthful to me and straight forward otherwise no.
