Feel like a friend more than a patient This review is for my pre-procedure walk-through. I was treated more like a friend than a patient, I never felt rushed, I had everything very well explained to me, watched a short animated video to explain the procedure and had all my questions and concerns addressed.

Well, if I have to - Well, if I have to have a tooth implant, Altura Periodontics is the place to go! Clean Offices and Equipment Friendly, smiling Staff Good job at explaining procedures, in advance - this is a must! Other than initial deadening, first procedure was not painful Suggest more explanation of what to expect after first procedure. Pain levels ? Healing process, etc.

Professional, experienced and competent I had an implant (post) done. Dr. Reissner and his staff were very knowledgeable and kept me informed each step of the way - it is a multi-step process. During appointments where work was being done, staff and Dr. Reissner continuously checked in with me to see if I was doing okay and provided me with reassurance and information about what they were doing. excellent service, prompt, friendly personnel It was quick and easy. Everything was explained to me before it was done and there were no ill affects after. Thus far, I have been very pleased with all the work done at each appointment.

appointment I have seen Dr. Reisner in the past and finishing up on work that was done last year. Not to impressed that I had to wait weeks to get in for the appointment. Also the office needs to have more than one Nitrus machine. I had requested Nitrus and was told on the day I arrived for the appointment that we would have to reschedule due to the nitrus was not available. The matter was fixed since the patient that was using the machine was done. If not, than I would have to reschedule. this would not have been a very goo... read more
Outstanding - I was completely put at ease! Having suffered with receding gums for several years, I was too terrified to see a periodontist because of the cost and the fear of painful procedures. Today I had consultation with Dr Neugeboren and he (along with his excellent assistant) completely put me at ease. They explained the procedure and my options, answered all my questions, and it sounds as if it's much less expensive than I imagined.
