Today's deep root scaling was the least painful and quickest (thanks to the new faster-acting alternative to novacain) I have ever had. Erin B. has a nice, calming way about her. I like the quick access of the new offices.
The front office was prompt in making my appointment quick. The technician who worked o me was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable of her craft. Very good!
I had an excellent experience! Dr. Neugeboren was efficient and pleasant and explained every part of the procedure. His assistant was also very helpful and kind. I was never in any pain or discomfort, which was a pleasant surprise!
The facility is much improved even though it's not complete. The flow of traffic is great and there is a feeling of cleanliness throughout. It has is a very welcoming aura with excellent care.
I was impressed with your new offices. First impression was with your huge lobby as it looked rather naked.......also very clean. My next impression was poor. Desk staff had a problem finding my appointment information; also, was taken to one of the Doctor's rooms rather than the "cleaning" room. It all finally worked out and Patty was great.

The procedure was explained thoroughly and the process was almost pleasant. Nothing can make getting a dental implant fun, but this was much easier than I had imagined it could be. Thank you to Dr. Pomeranz and his highly efficient and considerate team.
