If I have to have my teeth cleaned, Erin is the person that I want to do it! Like your new digs-- welcoming, soothing, spacious, very pleasant. I miss the fridge and it's little bottles of COLD water waiting when I'm ready to leave. Thankfully I had water in the car but it wasn't chilled...sigh...
You have a great new building and facility. Not hard to find at all. Patty consistently provides good service in cleaning.
The staff was very friendly. Dr. N was very nice and explained what the next steps would be. Anxiety was at ease during this visit.
I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience at Professional Periodontics and Implant Dentistry. The experienced and well trained assistant, Ed, was knowledgeable and immediately set me at ease as I was nervous about what to expect. I regret that I can't remember the surgeon's name however he was clear on what needed to be done, and explained everything so that I could understand the procedure. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needed expert periodontal care.
The office staff did not have my updated medical information from January 2014 entered into the system and wanted me to fill out another update form.
Dr Pomeranz is excellent at explaining next steps and options.

The lady, Patty, who cleaned my teeth today, and has several times now, was great!! She has a gentle touch and did a through cleaning. She's very professional!!!!
