I was treated very well despite how difficult I was being. They couldn't have been nicer and the follow up phone call made me feel like the doctor really cared. Thanks a lot!!!
The new facility is bright, clean and a pleasant place to be in. More room than before. The chairs fit me better than the last place. Also this new address is easier to find and park.
My experience was positive. Everyone was highly professional, respectful and polite. I was treated with the utmost dignity. They answered all my questions in a very gracious manner, and helped me feel comfortable. They took questions after the procedure in a timely manner and again treated me with the utmost respect. I highly recommend them for any dental work.
Visiting Dr Reissner gave me appreciation for his ability and professionalism. I felt comfortable in knowing I was receiving exceptionally good care.
I found that the staff is extremely skilled and intelligent. I found the new offices to be low key on the outside, but refreshingly modern on the inside including the systems used to track the procedures and medical records. I found that these new skills and systems made the appointment much more efficient and effective resulting in less duration which is greatly appreciated.

Patty always does a great job. She also tries to make me as comfortable as possible.
My sister is developmentally disabled with a cleft palate and she is a patient here. The staff, specifically Dr. Arguello and Tracy, have gone above and beyond every single visit that she has with them. They have really made her feel special and relaxed and she thoroughly enjoys going to her dentist's office. Thank you, her guardian, T. Fichialos
