I was very pleased with my experience yesterday. I must admit I was apprehensive but found Patty very kind and informative in what to expect and what I needed to do in the following days. The procedure was painless and I had no problems after returning home.Thank you!

Can think of more fun ways to spend 4 hours, but if you have to have this done, the experience was a good one. The staff at your office is outstanding and most efficient. Can't wait for my next appointment--getting rid of all of the stitches in my mouth is going to be the highlight of my week next Thursday!!! Thank you for your professionalism!Sylvia De Jong-Simpson

Carma always offers to keep me on the "short list" to squeeze in earlier than my scheduled appointment. And she follows up, this time with three possible appts. When I got in, I was due for measurements as well, but the short list appt was a shorter one. Nevertheless, the hygenist checked to see when her next appt was due in, and managed to squeeze my measurements in so I wouldn't have to make another appt. I really appreciate the extra effort always extended by the staff. And they are all very nice people.Karen Smith

Doctor Pomeranz is so good at his work...apprises you of the steps before and during the procedure, efficiently and methodically carries them out, and relates to you the future steps, to include a personal phone call that very night to let you say how you feel and ask any questions. A job well done!

My experience with Professional Periodontics from beginning to end has been fabulous. I was a bit aprehensive about the procedure, but everyone was patient and understanding, explaining all steps to me before and during the procedure. I must say I was pleasantly surprised and was never uncomfortable or nervous.Thanks guys!!!!!

On January 18th I had an emergency visit to see Dr. Arguello. He and his staff were very professional and took extra time to answer all my questions thoroughly and patiently, even though it was late in the afternoon. Dr. Arguello was extremely helpful calming my fears by explaining what the procedure entailed and how long the recovery process would take. Although everyone was very nice and the doctor seemed competent and gentle, the front office was disorganized. Although I emailed the paperwork in ahead of time, we waited 30 minutes before being seen. The doctor didn't have any of the paperwork from the referring dentist so he seemed a little confused at first.
