Overall the staff was friendly and my teeth looked great after the cleaning.
The entire staff at Professional Periodontics always treat very well. I was caught up in traffic and was running a half an hour late. They still managed to get my cleaning and other work done.
Office staff and dr. were very kind and helpful during procedure. Interesting to see the implant x-rays. It really hurts to put my flipper in/out, and the right side of my mouth hurts. Counting on the pain subsiding throughout the day, but if not I'll call.
I'd like to say that although I saw nothing but professionalism from Dr. Pomoranz and staff, I think he went beyond of what I expected. He has been totally caring about my experience as the old saying goes: Treat people the way you expect to be treated. I would recommend his office to anyone wanting the experience of gettinng implants. Thank you Dr. Pomeranz. expecting.

From the minute I walked into the reception area, I was greeted and treated professionally. Dr. Pomeranz and Mary answered all my questions and gave me a good understanding of what needs to be done and a timeframe for having the procedure. I was very impressed with the entire staff and look forward to getting to work!
Top notch through reception, dental hygiene and check out. I can't think of any way they can improve the process.
