From when I walked in, I felt special. I was welcomed by happy and friendly staff. Everyone introducing themselves and asking if I was okay and if I wanted a beverage. The detangle prior to the wash was a sign that I was off to a good start, the ladies detangling the hair were gentle (and as a natural hair girl gentleness is key). I moved on to the wash with Sheila, which was sensational and again very gentle yet thorough. Monday 9th October was booked in for a loc wash and retwist, but thought my preferred loctician was not in. I was pleasantly greeted by Omega with her beautiful smile. She then washed my locs and treated my locs and scalp. Additionally she added the two locs twist to the interlocking and I am extremely happy with the outcome. The whole experience was therapeutic, something that is worth coming again for sure! Omega who did my Wash was extra attentive, including the Son Sylus (I must be spelling his name wrong) was very friendly and good conversationalist and the lovely young girl (can't seem to recall her name) was attentive, patient and a welcoming smile. What a really lovely salon experience. I arrived at opening and there was a lovely atmosphere of welcoming each other and mutual respect within a large team. The team was organised and efficient getting my hair completed as quickly as possible. I was offered refreshments and other team members chipped in to make sure it was completed on time.
