From when I walked in, I felt special. I was welcomed by happy and friendly staff. Everyone introducing themselves and asking if I was okay and if I wanted a beverage. The detangle prior to the wash was a sign that I was off to a good start, the ladies detangling the hair were gentle (and as a natural hair girl gentleness is key). I moved on to the wash with Sheila, which was sensational and again very gentle yet thorough. Monday 9th October was booked in for a loc wash and retwist, but thought my preferred loctician was not in. I was pleasantly greeted by Omega with her beautiful smile. She then washed my locs and treated my locs and scalp. Additionally she added the two locs twist to the interlocking and I am extremely happy with the outcome.
