Lack of communication. Was told on several occasions ‘you are good to go’ only to have everyone disappear - not return phone calls emails or texts. Was told twice the closing date only for it to come and go without any return calls from my agent. Spoke with Michael Kattan on three occasions who shared eMortgage had made paperwork errors and he would get back to me and never did. This loan originated in May and didn’t close until mid August. Horrible service, lack of integrity would never recom

Stanley Johnson went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. He found me the best lowest rate and followed diligently until closing.
GOOD GUY ON TOP OF THINGS.
This process took over 2 months to complete. I think I had a single email from Ameer, so I don't have much to say about him specifically. Stanley was who I originally worked with and he was great and responsive. The initial load had escrow setup even though I had said we didn't want escrow. There were several online forms to fill out and my wife couldn't log into it. I had trouble getting responses from Stephanie Rios. There were notifications I got from our previous lender ..ran out of room
