This was the most streamlined, easy and quick refi process I have ever done! Chase and Chris (I think that was his name) were fantastic. Communication was superb and and they both emailed and called me (I also texted with Chase). Both gentlemen were professional and I felt like they really cared about me and my process. (I never once talked to Amir but most of the emails came from him). My last refi was with Wells Fargo and it was a painful long process with me calling and emailing constantly.
The re-fi worked exactly as communicated. Very high-end professional team.
