Wasn’t able to meet my initial timeline. Had to leave my vehicle with a friend for an additional week. Communication from the company came with generic emails telling me to rest assure but I didn’t feel comforted and was ready to change companies. The driver hired was outstanding with great communication! This is the only thing that saved the the company from a bad review.

Rachell was a Big Help in shipping my Baja 2160 miles. Great service ! The delivery driver kept in touch with me also, so I met him at a local plaza on my recommendation to make it easier and quicker for us both.

I was very impressed with the price, promptness and on schedule delivery of my auto from sacramento ca to st augustine florida. Aerin was very informative, providing me with up to date tracking of my auto. I would definitely use them again!( ask for Aerin)

Great service, my 2012 Avalanche arrived a day early an in excellent condition. Due to the service i received over the phone from Rachel i am shipping my 2019 Ford Raptor to Florida. there was no hidden cost and the service was great. highly recommend American Auto Shipping.
