I had my car shipped cross country. I have been pleased with the service from my initial contact to delivery. The car arrived in a timely manner, earlier than I expected, actually. The price was comparable to other companies. I'll definitely use again if needed.

To be honest, not only Rachel, but all of the team members that I spoke to were great. Rachel was a trooper, my situation wasn't easy, but came out like a rockstar - with a guitar! She follows up when she says she wiil, she doesn't sugar coat things - while always maintaining a professional tone and manner. If it wasnt for Rachel, I wouldn't have referred your firm to a friend. Dont loose Rachel, she makes the difference. You will be sorry if you do. Thanks again Rachel!!

I recently used these guys to have a new toy transported. Not only did they get my car from point A to point B without so much as a mark, but they did it for less than half of the price that everyone else wanted. The driver was very friendly and could tell that I really cared about my car! Thank you!

This was my second time using American Auto Shippers and again I was pleased with the service. Rachel did an amazing job keeping in constant communication with me and ensured me of timely delivery during this COVID-19 pandemic. My car was picked up on time and it arrived early with out any damages. I gave it to them dirty so I wasn’t surprised at that. Overall I was very pleased and I’ll definitely use them again if needed.

I used American Auto to move my car from Seattle to Orlando and they did a great job. They accommodated my schedule changes with ease and professionalism. We had a little scheduling mixup at the beginning, but they were quick to correct and make things right. Mistakes happen; it's all how you handle them. Rachel and team did awesome! I would use them again.
