Each step of the pickup and delivery was well communicated and on-time. Pleasant driver and very professional. Excellent helpful office staff, made everything clear easy to use.

They got the job done but it took extra money to get a driver to pick up the job. Been better to price the job where it would be picked up sooner. Driver was very professional.
The price was reasonable. The cargo driver had problem picking up and delivering my car to the address I requested. However, it was not a problem to me since the pickup and the drop off locations are within 15 minutes of where I live. One thing that is waited to be improved is that my car was not washed when delivered to me such that the driver paid me $10 in cash to wash the car (instead of $20 car wash like what the advertisement offered).
I spent a few weeks researching auto transport companies, their processes, fees, coverage, etc. During my first call with American Auto Shipping all of my questions were answered with no hesitation. Once I decided to move forward with using them, I was called within the hour with a driver. The next day my car was picked up from NC and delivered to LA within 5 days. The driver was professional, punctual and kept communication open and clear throughout the entire process. I would definitely use AAS again!
