This was the first time I've used any type of vehicle transportation and after reading some horrible reviews on so many different sites I am SO HAPPY TO SAY that our experience from start to finish was awesome. Aerin, American Auto Shipping, did an outstanding job turning my initial disappointment of American not shipping my car within their 90% interval of 7 days. She reassured me daily that my shipment was as important to her on the 10th day as it was on day 1 via phone calls and daily email updates. Thank you guys so much for bringing my car to me. Shipped from Michigan to Colorado. The driver was very friendly and had a great attitude. He helped us unload which took over a hour, because the auction had lost the key. But he never complained and helped with the unloading and the struggle the whole time.
