HUGE SCAM. Don’t waste your money, time or energy on these people. They will take advantage of you and your family. Contacting customer service means nothing. They could care less about your experience. Those people are simply employed to run you around in circles until you’re too exhausted to try anymore.  OH - and they will open up your boxes to “inspect” and then re-pack them so poorly that half your belongings are broken. Don’t be fooled! These people are thieves and will provide the opposite of an affordable and stress free move. They could care less about your experience and will find any opportunity to collect every penny to your name. I had to pay over $7,000 for a move from an 800 sq. ft./two bedroom apartment going from northern California to southern Washington, and that wasn’t including any additional services for packing, expedited delivery, etc. We only had 22 pieces of furniture and 19 boxes total. Scam alert Do Not Use Them I got a quote from American Choice van lines. I was quoted 2700 to move my 10x10 storage unit that was only half full. The man on the phone was Jon he stated that all other moving companies were taking advantage of all people so he insured me that he was legit and quoted me 2700 to make the move. When the movers showed up to move the unit the demanded another 3k to do the move..now I want my deposit back for a scam they run. First time ever moving out of state and not strong enough to move stuff on my own, I hired American Choice Van Lines to move my stuff. However, this company claimed they hire their own drivers to pick up and deliver your belongings; however, they are lying. They hire third party drivers for you don't get the same drivers and they don't have company trucks as the company claimed.
