If you need or want to hire your own movers,DO NOT use Ryder Relocation or primeline moving. ( they contract together ) They quoted us one price and it was for the smallest size of each item we had in our house, got to our house and told us it would be another 3K to take the rest of our items with them and we couldn’t afford it nor could they do anything about the fact that they quoted us wrong which had us leaving literally half our house on the curb for bulk day and taking the U-Haul we could afford cross country. They are a predatory moving company. They will give you a great quote, and then triple it in pick up day. They won't accept credit cards and they charge you $250. Per hour if they have to wait on you. They've not only left me penniless, they've kept my stuff.

Horrible Experience – I would give 0 stars if i could. I had a terrible experience with Ryder Relocation. They increased the price multiple times after I booked, delayed both pick-up and delivery far beyond the promised window, and never communicated about the delays. My items still haven't arrived, and they won't disclose the whereabouts of my belongings. This company is unprofessional and unreliable, borderline theft and fraud at this point.

DO NOT use Ryder Relocations LLC. Check their Google reviews and BBB comments. Will lie all day long to get your business and then charge double or even triple the quote once they pick up your stuff. Complete scammers.

Terrible company do not waste your money. All my belongings were stolen as they said We lost when the movers were packing up my belongings they told me I had over 40,000 worth of belongings and none of them got delivered to my house 18 days after my delivery day they decided to deliver my appliances that we’re all broken shattered and damage can’t even open hand to them hands. You might as well pack everything and take trips before moving with this company.

STAY AWAY!!!!. They are a broker company and multiple companies will end up touching your stuff. We moved from Illinois to Florida. A local company picked it up a week prior, then another company took it to NJ and then a company brought it to Florida, where another local guy brought it to us. Our stuff arrived with our boxes upside down and banged up, even the ones we labeled fragile. We have some broken dishes and some things totaling $300 missing. Note beware !!! They are brokers disguising themselves as movers. Our original agreement with them was for under 5000. On the day of the move a Penske rental panel truck shows up. We were told it would be a semi. Our house was a 3 bed 3 bath split level. They said we told them wrong, wife has proof of what we told them. They took that load to storage and came back the next day with same truck. At that time the price was raised. Be very careful. I used a link and heard from dozens of moving companies. Ended up with Ryder Relocations out of New Jersey for a move from NY to TX. Quoted $2,300 but final bill is almost $5,000 because they charge for the unused space above your stuff in a tractor trailer and don’t stack to the top. 650 cf of actual stuff but charging me for 1,100 cf after they loaded and measured inside the truck including overhead space.
