I cannot express enough how betrayed and frustrated I feel after my dreadful experience with American Dream Auto Protect Car Insurance. Claim submitted Tuesday & Wednesday, 10/17-18, was told under review.m. We’d I called and spoke with CS, was told claim not covered because was for repair of “Hose” and pipe not considered part of. Covered items”. Informed CS that part needing repair was Radiator itself, NOT hose to radiator. CS said repair claim submitted said was for ‘Hoses’. Informed CS would speak with repair center. This is a fraudulent company! They sold extended warranty for my porsche panamera and the dealership had my car for 2 months already, they refuse to pay basic coverage on it. Everything it's included on the contract and they treat me like a worst, even the guy at the porsche dealership confirmed they are the worst customer service they already got and refuse to pay basic problems like brake actuator and fuel pump. I recently had my air conditioner go out and took it right away to the dealership in which they communicated with American Dream Auto Protect. After waiting a few days for the approval the dealership was able to complete the job. I would have rated American Dream much higher for this issue, but unfortunately my first interaction or need did not go as smooth. I took my car in for what needed up being a transmission issue. Car broke down on 9/27/23 and as of October 23,2023 still waiting for repair approval on a turbo charger repair that is approximately $10k. Platinum coverage lists Turbocharger as covered part

Horrible first experience with claim. Warranty department rude not customer friendly. Dealer quoted extra work needed after claim was approved and it was denied had to pay over$900 out of pocket. Mark F personally called me and corrected the issue with the experience I had . Glad it was taken care of

I called this company for a quote for a vehicle I was considering to buy. The other car I was looking at came certified through the manufacturer. One week after my quote, the salesperson called me back to check which purchase I made as agreed upon. I thanked the salesperson but told him I went with the car that was certified and therefore didn't need the warranty. He attempted to still offer the warranty and I needed to firmly decline and ask that I be taken off their list for future consideration. He agreed and we hung up. ... read more

Not worth it at all! The $4,000 I paid I should have just put my truck in the shop. Customer service is rude, and I always have to pay out of pocket with the claim because they only give $500 towards repairs.

My experience with American Dream Auto Protect has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I purchased a warranty from them in October 2022 and requested a refund in July 2023. The trouble began when they refused to cover an issue with my car, claiming it was pre-existing and citing a recording of me mentioning the issue during the purchase, which was not the case.
