Horrible first experience with claim. Warranty department rude not customer friendly. Dealer quoted extra work needed after claim was approved and it was denied had to pay over$900 out of pocket. Mark F personally called me and corrected the issue with the experience I had . Glad it was taken care of
I called this company for a quote for a vehicle I was considering to buy. The other car I was looking at came certified through the manufacturer. One week after my quote, the salesperson called me back to check which purchase I made as agreed upon. I thanked the salesperson but told him I went with the car that was certified and therefore didn't need the warranty. He attempted to still offer the warranty and I needed to firmly decline and ask that I be taken off their list for future consideration. He agreed and we hung up. ... read more
Not worth it at all! The $4,000 I paid I should have just put my truck in the shop. Customer service is rude, and I always have to pay out of pocket with the claim because they only give $500 towards repairs.
My experience with American Dream Auto Protect has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I purchased a warranty from them in October 2022 and requested a refund in July 2023. The trouble began when they refused to cover an issue with my car, claiming it was pre-existing and citing a recording of me mentioning the issue during the purchase, which was not the case. American dream auto protect violates every known ethic to trick and deceive customers to buy into their product. This company do not abide by state law regulations , they are not licensed and bonded and they have a history of denying claims because they are a ponzi scheme. Do not feed into the reviews , the 5 star are bots or paid reviews they buy. Save yourself the headache and get your money back if you signed up. RUNAWAY. worst company i've ever done biz with. If your car warranty costs 3k and u have 200 dollar in repairs for the life of the warranty they're great. Have any real problems. The kind sthat u need a warranty for they r a fraud. Told my repair shop they canceled my policy. Talked me into removing a negative review only to completely renew on their promises and flat out lied again.
