DO NOT Buy! I can’t yell this loud. Every time we need coverage for a major repair they come up with some excuse not to cover. I spent way too much money for them not to cover my repairs. Scam company for sure.
Omg.. I am looking at all the reviews below and wish I would have seen this before I went with this company. Please do your research! I am experiencing all the same tries below. No response to any of my emails or phone calls regarding my claim. Please do not use this company!
Really horrible customer service, too many loops to get “help” the sales person said anything to get my sale. Lucky had an incident that showed me I have to cancel. They need to train ppl better each one said had different “process times”, even when I canceled I was lied how long to refund me.

Worst experience ever they lied to me when starting coverage and their claims department denying claims for no reason. Stay away from this company.
I have had this worthless policy since June 18th of this year. After more than a month later, my car broke down. I've had my car for over 2 years with absolutely NO issues. I took it to a local shop to have it fixed. They filed a claim to only be told that it wasn't approved due to pre existing conditions!! There HAS NOT been any issues with the car before this break down. I have repeatedly called and sent emails to the so called Claims Department. Only to be hung up on and emails gone unanswered!! I have a Mercedes 450 GL, I bought the most expensive warranty and was told all major issues would be covered. After driving the car for 5 months putting about 10k miles on it . I started having a mis fire . Took it to a mechanic and he confirmed it had engine failure. When I turned it into the warranty company they denied the claim without even coming to see the car. Let me start by saying the customer service team is friendly and responsive. However, be cautious with this warranty company. I had a $3,900 repair claim, and they only approved $2,400 — even though I purchased their top-tier Platinum coverage. I paid $5,200 upfront for the policy, but when I requested a refund, it was prorated and I was charged $275 for canceling after 30 days.
