I want to let everyone know that this company is nothing but a SCAM and Fraudulent operation. They deliberately avoid addressing your claims, only to eventually reject them with weak and unprofessional excuses. Attempts to escalate disputes with their supervisor team are met with indifference, and they respond with rude and dismissive attitudes. The service provided is absolutely unacceptable. AVOID this Fraudulent company at all costs—I strongly do not recommend them!
I was very careful in selecting American Dream and asked if there were any things that were not covered. I had a plan with a previous company that pick and choose what they cover. I was assured that was not going to happen here. The first time I brought my car in for an issue they said it was not covered. It was over $2000 out-of-pocket. Stay away!!!
THIS IS 100% SCAM COMPANY! BE AWARE!! This company is completely unreliable! I was a subscriber for eight months, and when I filed a claim after my car was broken into, they took 35 days to respond, only to ultimately reject it. They also refused to cover my second car, claiming it had a pre-existing condition, despite all the evidence I provided showing the car had been driven over 2,000 miles. Horrible company, horrible customer service, once you sign up you can't talk to a manager, the claims adjuster and no appeals process for items that should be covered. Read the fine print with this company. I would give zero stars if I could.
If I could put a zero I would I am a disabled Afghanistan war veteran and I purchase this warranty paying over $2,500 for anything that could go wrong with my Nissan Pathfinder I specifically asked about transmissions they said everything was covered. Just last week my transmission went out I sent an claim to these guys and they denied it. They said they do not cover my type of transmission.
