About 6 months ago we had new carpeting in our Family room and tile installed in the Dining Room. They did such a great job that we decided to use American Flooring again to install new carpeting in our bedroom. The installers were courteous to both of us and made sure we double checked everything before they left. Great service both in store and at home.
We love our floors and could not be happier with the service. The installers were courteous and did an excellent job. I feel like they installed our floors with as much care as if it were their own home . Also we had a follow up visit to be sure we were happy with the floors and service.
American Flooring put in faux wood stone tile in at least 75% of our home. They worked quickly but with incredible quality and the results are gorgeous. I highly recommend them. We were also living in the home while this major project was happening and they made that process as convenient and stress free as possible. I love my new floor!
American Flooring Yulee just finished replacing carpet for us. Everything went beautifully. Service was exceptional all the way around. Prior experience with a different company had been awful. We're so pleased with our experience this time!
I just had beautiful, waterproof, floating vinyl plank flooring installed in our whole home. It looks and feels like real wood and reminds me of the wood in my grandfather's old barn. It was recommended by the Design Specialist at American Flooring because of our large dog and grand-kids. The installers were very professional and did an excellent job with the installation in spite of the fact that our home is very old and the foundation unlevel. There were no surprises with the installation process or cost.
I was impressed from day one. I received an estimate from a professional and as we discussed options he manipulated the calculations right on his computer. I was able to bring home samples. I was able to take advantage of the finance plan after the helpful staff assisted me. The installers dealt with my questions and concerns with a professional attitude, even when they discovered wood rot.
