Made aware of American F. through a friend. We were pleased with the product and service from the time we walked in the store. Very nice people. Our carpet was installed as promised, on time and very professional. The installers did a very good job and were careful with all our furniture. We would highly recommend American for your flooring needs.
I couldn't be more pleased! The staff in the store were great in helping me make up mind on my carpet choice. The installers were prompt, courteous, and very professional. American Flooring came highly recommended by a friend that had carpet installed by them recently and I will do the same. I love my new carpet!
My experience with American Flooring has been top notch since the start. I was given great service and lots of help when I stopped in to look at samples. The ladies worked with me, pulling samples and letting me bring them home so that I could see them in the rooms they were to be installed in. Very well-organized company. Jeff, the owner, came out and completed an estimate, checked product availability, took payment, and printed my receipt all with his mobile office technology. Wendy scheduled install and a day before checked to confirm time and date. Rob efficiently installed the carpet and cleaned up when completed. I received a follow up call and asked if everything went well. Would defiantly recommend this company for your flooring needs!!!
I am very happy with my new wood floors in two bedrooms and stairs, and tile in one bathroom. The owners and sales staff were very helpful in finding the flooring I wanted. I depended on them to make sure the style and color would blend with my furniture and décor. The installers were professional, responsive, and helpful in their job as well as addressing any questions or concerns I had. They did a great job.

American Flooring has put carpet in three rooms and hardwood floors in two. I am thrilled with the results, particularly the hardwood in the Master Bedroom. We did our due diligence by shopping at other stores first. However, we found the staff at American Flooring to be experts and customer focused so we have continued to give our business to them. The estimators and installers are professional and courteous. We highly recommend this company.
We purchased engineered hardwood and carpeting for the home we built three years ago. All are beautiful, but we had to have some of the carpets restretched. The team arrived on time, were courteous and careful, and did the job quickly and well. I am very pleased.
