From selecting the carpet at the store, coming out to estimate, and having the installation, everything was great. What a pleasant experience.
We recieved great service from American Flooring. We had a difficult oak stairway that we wanted a runner for. There were three pie shaped stairs that turned 180 degrees. The first attempt at laying the runner proved a problem and Jeff and Maureen decided to replace the entire carpet. In the meantime they sent Rob to partially install the original carpet. It's now complete and Rob proved to be a master carpet layer. Great customer service that we really appreciate.
The store has a good selection and the salesman was very helpful.
The tile installation was great, I wished they would have take better care of my bedroom carpet and furniture.
