Nothing at all, everything was perfect!
Please never go to a big box store. We did, decided against it after an uncomfortable start, and came to American Flooring. The owners are great, employees more than outstanding. Products are presented correctly, timeline for install is right on, and quality of product as well as work is superior. I've no doubt it's our "go to" place for all things flooring in the area!
Everything went right on time. Rob and his co worker were neat and thorough. If I hadn’t been there to check on the re-placement of the furniture it wouldn’t have mattered one bit. They had everything perfectly placed.. They vacuumed everything and scooped up all scraps and debris.and left me feeling like I had a new house! Also very careful of my newly painted walls and baseboards!! Great job!

Great job!!! Did everything as agreed, on time and very professional. Installed a tile floor in the master bathroom and wood floor in the master bedroom.

Can't think of one thing. People went out of their way to explain things. Those who worked here knew what they were doing & were always polite. Two & a half days of work, incredible! Your crew did an excellent job. They were courteous, friendly and the singing installer was a plus.
Replaced our 10 year old builder-grade carpet in our master suite. Wish we had done it sooner. Great carpet at a very competitive price which included moving furniture, removal of old carpet and installation. Installers were great, efficient and personable. We will definitely use them again for our next project.
