The few times that I used American Shield, we had good, professional contractors. The last time I used my warranty, I was very pleased that the repairs were covered.
Quick and efficient. Fixed another contractors mistakes.
So far, I submit claims to AHS on their app and their contractors have been very prompt and quick to respond. Most recently, I had 5 Star Home Services come out for an AC issue and their tech showed up on the front end of the window. He was very pleasant and explained what my issue was. He told me how he repaired it and he was on his way.
They're very efficient, responsive, and coverage is comprehensive
It's convenient and quick with AHS. My microwave was shutting off if I use it for anything more than one minute because it was overheating. The fan was broken on the internal. I submitted the claim through the American Home Shield website. It was easy to find. I was given an email to notify me that the contractor would contact me. We had a recent AC claim to American Home Shield and they sent A.G.E Mechanical. They were good. They came right in and immediately identified the problem and fixed it. I've had American Home Shield since February but I’ve had it before and I had to let it go because of financial issues. I started it back this year. I love it. This was actually the first time I’ve ever used it and everything was perfect.
They have been dependable and a great value for us.
Very easy to request repair service. Quick response with great customer service. AC problem was fixed within minutes.
