As a former RE broker have used in homes sold & my own recently . Most of my experiences are positive . I’ve had expensive ac repair ( but paid 500$ for freon) , House re-keyed, & new disposal. I paid for my refrigerator repair myself 150$ as I couldn’t wait for four days for repair. I would prefer the ability to choose my own service person from a list if provided . One company I cancelled out of town ( phoenix) had bad reviews on Yelp and was told they were “ run out of town” in tucson? Recently several phone calls to rene... read more

They do exactly what they say. Unfortunately, my water heater failed right after I had joined and it was covered and the company did a better installation then the previous company.
