My washing machine was backing up into my sink, my back potty, which is on the north end of the house. And then on the south end of the house, the potty got clogged up. It wouldn’t work one night. Our dryer wasn’t working and my wife filed the claim online. AHS said someone would be scheduled within a few days. We have a household of five people and we don’t have room to line dryer our laundry. It definitely affected our household’s functionality. We had to go to the Laundromat or try to line dry clothes. They are very helpful. I just don't agree to the service fee if nothing is done.
The garage door would not open. I went online to file a claim and AHS sent me an email on who to contact and so that was what I did. It was really easy and it didn't take long at all. The technician said it needed a new one. I had the same problem with my garage door several years ago and I bought a new one. So, he installed it and was quick about it. He had done a thousand of them and did it well. It's quieter and it works well. He didn’t have a new outside pad and he said he would come back and bring one. But he hasn’t don... read more
They sent someone out within 3 hrs to fix my AC. VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!
They have great customer service team who is always willing to get the problem fixed right away. Our oven went out and they replaced it. It was nice and we love it! Just recently our ice maker and hose went out. It was fixed as soon as the part came in. We are grateful that we have this warranty company!
