American Home Shield was initially part of the deal for buying the house in December of 2017. It was for six months and we were very satisfied so we decided to keep it. We’ve had them for three years. The contractors have been good and when Water Wise Plumbing came out, they were very courteous, efficient and cleaned up after. It was perfect.

Easy request, quick and clean service so far
We turned the pump for the first time and water was coming out of the middle part of it. We submitted a claim with AHS and they sent out a tech from Trademark Products. He had to order a part and he was back two days later. So, I was super impressed with how quick it took and everything's working perfectly now.
When you have an air conditioning problem in Arizona in May, it is a real problem. AHS sent Wild West Mechanical out to fix it, and I could not have been more pleased with the service provider and his professionalism.
The vendors are excellent and the scheduling process is easy.
