I've been with AHS for 24 years now. I contacted them for a claim for my AC unit and their contractor, Cyrus Plumbing & Air Conditioning, came out. The techs from there were knowledgeable.
Quick response to our repair request and resolution!
We had a warranty when we built this house and that warranty company went out of business. My brother has been a member with AHS for over 20 years now and he gave us this warranty company. So we contacted them and we had been with them ever since. We like American Home Shield. Customer service is in America and that really says something too because we can talk to them. they are very professional and timely. got the job done!
AHS has always been quick to respond to our requests for repairs over the years. During Covid 19 an appliance went out and their patient customer service helped us quickly get our kitchen running smoothly again. We are so happy to have American Home Shield backing us up.
Unfortunately, I needed to make two service calls on the same day. I went online and completed the service request forms...this was on a weekend. One vendor called me on the next business day...and came the SAME day to make the repair. The second vendor, I eventually learned does not service my brand of dryer. Once this was settled, another one was assigned...and that vendor came the next day. Both issues were resolved the same day the techs came out. I am extremely pleased with the service I have received.
They are great and easy to work with. They have met my service needs on several occasions and I would highly recommend them
The fan in my heater was continuously running, the heater was not working. I called AHS, Air Quality and Heating came out that same day and diagnosed the problem and replaced the limit switch. Easy to get service, Easy to work with heating company.
