Value is great, trim around responde has been ok on avg if you get hit during the weekend it can take four day to get a repair company assigned

Very timely with response, but once in a while the contractors they send out are not as helpful
American Home Shield has helped me with alot of things in my home in the last few years, I contacted them, told them what the problem was and they had someone contacting me the same day or the next. Everyone they have sent out has been wonderful to work with and American Home Shield makes sure I am satisfied.
