I had a very hard time at first to get AHS to agree to send another service company to come and repair my refrigerator. I am very pleased with the results. My refrigerator is working, they were professional, on-time and cleaned up once the job was complete.
I had a plumbing issue and they responded quickly. No problems It was amazing.

A friend recommended American Home Shield. We were reluctant to sign up with a company and pay a monthly fee just in case something breaks down but went ahead with it. Since we signed up, we have used them twice. We only had to pay the fee for the visit but no additional money to have the problems resolved. It's working out great so far!

It was easy to submit a claim. Would be nice if AHS gave me a call to explain what is and what isn't covered after the contractor comes out to assess the situation. Had two experiences lately where there contractor had to tell me what AHS would do and was shocked when I told them AHS hadn't called. But the coverage is very good.
since I bought my home, I have had to call American shield quite a few times, and each time, the service was always fast, on time. Most of all the job was always completed and done right.
