I have received immediate response and action taken to my request for service.
They took care of my issue ,the repair person came to fix the appliance, they thought it was fixed, but was not. AHS offered to fix it or give me the cost of the repairs.
The company always assigns me a contractor immediately and my problem is taken care of in a timely manner.

I have had two service calls since I joined AHS. Both companies sent to my home were professional and got the repairs done. I put in the information regarding the service I needed, paid the $100 service fee and never paid another dime. AHS are true to their contract and I am so happy I signed up with them.
