Although it was Christmas Eve when I made the request, I was surprised to hear back from the vendor Christmas day and they came and fixed the issue the next day.

Service from J&J pool service was excellent! The first company chosen by AHS couldn’t respond for 5 days. I re contacted AHS to request another, more efficient company. The AHS representative stepped up, contracted another company, and my repair was handled 2 days later!!
Quick comprehensive service from a great pool of professionals at fair fee
We have used AHS twice now in the last two months for appliance repair. First the 13 year old refrigerator stopped working, and for the $75 deductible the circuit board was replaced, avoiding a new purchase of over $2000. A short time later the 4 year old dryer stopped working, which was a broken belt and a frozen idler wheel. Again, for the deductible of $75 a new wheel and bracket were ordered, and installed once they arrived.
