I was able to change my contract to better suit my needs. Fortunately it was in the time period of my renewal but was not cancelled. I recommend that something be sent to clients annually to give them the option to assess their current contract to upgrade or even change to meet their needs.
They have been more than fair with us. It took 2 or 3 companies to try to fix our problem and when nothing more could be done they settled
