Every time we have an appliance problem American Home Shield is empathic, responsive and they meet their commitments. Of course on a rare occasion, things don’t happen as expected such as getting parts in a timely manner. But even in these cases AHS works with the contractor to resolve the problem. We have been with AHS for at least 15 years and couldn’t imagine not having their support. We are customers for life.
They were great in helping solve my plumbing problem. The part was no longer available and they helped me get a new faucet that was covered under the original warranty of the old faucet. Hers and his plumbing did a good job putting in the new faucet.
American Home Shield has been extremely helpful with the repair of our central air. They have gone over and above to get our system working and so has Dawson Services, the company they have contracted with. It has been determined that there is a leak under the slab of our home. Both are working together for a repair method.
Our airconditioning went out on a hot day. I went online to American Home Shield and set up an appointment. It was super easy and convenient. The company they used was amazing and squeezed us in so we could get our air up and running again within a couple hours! I am super pleased with this company.

Every time I place a work order - they are able to schedule someone immediately. Most of the contractors they have scheduled have come out next day to fix our issue.

They were there the next morning, they assessed the damage, removed water heater, showed me the damage to Sheetrock in garage & how it affected inside as well! Large fans , dehumidifiers & air purifier machine all the same day!! Now THATS FAST!
