The initial Tec plummet was inept and said he couldn't do finish the job. When a Real Plumber came out he axas able to do the job easily and professionally. He is great from Your Texas Plummer. Truly professional. Had the AHS customer Service representative listened to me from the start it would have been much better. But the plummet from Your Texas Plummer was Great
Great service,fast turnaround. The online service does not allow the customer to fully explain the problem in writing.
They are very helpful. I just don't agree to the service fee if nothing is done.
My oven needs to be replaced due to a bad element that caused a fire. The appliance repair service that came out was great. Confirmed the need to replace my ovens. I have not heard from AHS. Hopefully they will contact me soon. Would like this to be resolved before Christmas. AHS has always been easy to work with.
I've had 2 claims with AHS and both have been covered. Incredible customer service.
Excellent, fast, efficient Way to deal with problems
Quick competent service. Professional. Arrived early. Diagnosed the problem. Repair was completed in a timely manner.
When I sent a request for service it was promptly addressed. The service company was a great representation of the warranty company as I have dealt with other warranty companies over the years.
Most recently we had the disposal go out on us. Using the online request system, we were assigned a technician and then were able to get him scheduled within an hour. He came and resolved our issue within a short time after receiving approval for the replacement from AHS. While the technician was installing the disposal, he discovered another issue with our sink, which he was able to get approval to make those repairs as well.
