Punctual. Helpful on the phone. The phone help are very courteous.
So far so good. I had horrible experience with the other warranty company I was with and that's why I changed.
Always solved the issue. Personal we're polite and knowledgeable. They respected their surroundings.
They have great customer service team who is always willing to get the problem fixed right away. Our oven went out and they replaced it. It was nice and we love it! Just recently our ice maker and hose went out. It was fixed as soon as the part came in. We are grateful that we have this warranty company!
Always have saved us money each year on repairs
after three visits by repair people, our fridge was deemed non-repairable. AHS made sure we got a replacement quickly and as close as possible to our dead fridge. Great people. friendly service, and very professional yet personable.

We give 3 stars instead of 5 because of our current situation. Our AC unit upstairs went out on July 14. We immediately called AHS expecting the same great service as always. Unfortunately a company called T**** A** C*** was assigned to us and they have done nothing but cause more damage to our home. They stepped through our ceiling twice and broke our thermostat and have still not fixed that or the main problem.
