For the most part I have been happy with their service. The only problem I have experienced is with one of their technician subcontractors who was awful. When my washing machine broke, the tech AHS sent out reported it was a control board but since they no longer made that control board they replaced the washing machine. And they replaced it with a very nice model. So I will keep AHS and feel better about what I will do if something in my home breaks.

Service was conducted in a timely and efficient manner.
We needed some electrical work in a bathroom. The electrician contracted by AHS came to our house as scheduled. The electrician, John A diagnosed the problems immediately and repaired them within 30 min.
Timely, covered fixes, cost. Service is usually quick and thoroughly diagnosed.
What we like best is how quick the response is, that's great. What we don't like his how the primium keeps creeping up. We started in the $35 range, and now it's over $50 in just two years. That's quite the change.
I've only been using AHS for just over 2 months and when my heat went out a few weeks ago, they were very responsive.
