They were prompt, very professional, and did a great job
My water heater went out, I started a claim on Sunday. Someone came out Tuesday morning to evaluate, and the a few hours later the brought a new one.

I have used AHS for a year now. In that time, we have had plumbing and electrical issues resolved quickly and efficiently. When our 21-year-old refrigerator compressor was dying, we received a NEW refrigerator. Granted, that took a few weeks, but that was an issue with Sears, not with AHS. I happily renewed for another year, because it's peace of mind for us seniors in older homes!
