I had 2 contractors come the same day - a plumber and an ac man. Both were timely and fixed my problems. My only complaint would be that I didn’t receive a receipt from the ac man.

Phone customer service is very difficult due to broken english operators.
The mechanic came by for the 2nd time within 30 days. Magnetic tape around inside of the Refrigerator's dpor was not not workingto well. There was lots of condensation inside of refrigerator because seal was not holding. Repairman was very professional and knew his craft. But, my refrigerator is 40 years old! It should be replaced instead of continuing parch work.
