The HVAC technicians that was sent to my home were the best i could have asked for. Saved me a ton of money. So thankful.
I was skeptical with the service at first however my two recent experiences have changed my POV. My water heater blew out 7am Saturday morning and within 4 hours I had a plummer diagnosis the problem. Regrettably I needed a new broiler. AHS approved the installation; I had a new broiler by Tuesday. Blessed with the service.
I feel they are a great company, when I needed them to help me contact a provider they responded but the provider didn't so I was without heat and hot water for 6 days.
Expensive deductible for some services so far.
Fast response during a weekend call, non emergency, customer service sent a message to the service provider to attend as soon as possible
After getting insurance with AHS,my Heating system went out. The first company that can out wasn't good at all and they gave two different diagnosis. After speaking with AHS,they sent out someone else to diagnose the problem. I'm grateful they did. Mr. J was very knowledgeable and he got the job done. Thanks!
In 5 years 4 air conditioner calls, one hot water replacement, electrical work on door bells and garage door opener. Quick and courteous staff as well as service providers
